LIMA GXZ- Thin Film Evaporator
Lima’s high-efficient rotary thin film evaporator GXZ series is a new-generation high-efficient evaporator that creates a uniform on the inside surface of evaporator via a rotary thin film unit and realizes the failing evaporator at a vacuum. Option of rotary type (thin film unit) are available, such as movable scraper blade, hinged scraper, elastic scraper blade, roll film, limit scraper blade, fixed scraper blade and knife-type scraper blade.

Structure Characteristics
- Use the precision double-end mechanicalseal to maintain the vacuum degree.
- Inside surface of evaporator is polished to provide a smooth finish.

- A specific distributor in the evaporator throws materials to the cylinder wall uniformally.
- A patented W-type bottom head allows the external installation and convenient maintenance of bottom sliding bearing.
