Molecular Distillator
Lima had produced Molecular (Short Path) Distillator equipment for 13 years. DZQ Molecular (Shot Path) Distillator is a kind of high capacity biochemical separation machine, which has high vacuum degree, good separating results of gas and liquid, uniformdistribution of liquid membrane, built-in condenser. Its largest molecular distillation area is 50m. The design of condenser is particular. It leads to high efficiency of the distillation. The material is vaporized from heated surface and then is condensed in the condenser quickly. It is widely used in VE, dimmer acid, pesticide, lactic acid chemical industries for precipitation, multilevel purification processes.
Short Path Distillator
Short path distillatory DZQ series is a thin film distillator with buit-in condenser. Evaporator and condenser are intergrated into one unit, thin film unit keeps the distribution and mixture of film. Thanks to the close distance between evaporator and condenser, steam from evaporating surface can become cool and condence on the surface of condenser at a very low pressure drop to separate materials at high vacuum. Options of rotor type are available, such as moveable scraper blade, hinged sreaper blade, elastic scraper blade, roll film and limit hinge.
