Dumag ®Constant Speed Burner CSB
The CSB can be applied together with any main burner or, as a modified version; it can be used as an integrated part of such unit. The standalone CSB includes a combustion air enclosure and a swirl device providing uniform air distribution for a stable flame pattern.
In addition to the safety aspect, an enormously high turn-down range can be achieved by narrow-wing or widening the nozzle gap. This is achieved without the need for an inert gas addition, and even at low gas pre-pressures.
The CSB maintains a constant velocity at the nozzle outlet under all operational conditions thanks to the unique adjustable cone design. This always ensures a directed flow into the chamber as flashback protection.
